TIME

I bend time to meet my needs
I steal minutes based on greed
Hours I deposit to store away
Then reality steps in...

Tomorrow I'll try again
To maximize my time
I manufacture a cause
To get my thoughts in line
What I had planned seems to always escape
Why can't I merge my dreams with fate?

I push play and destroy the pause
I will make it work, goodbye Murphy's Law
I plot and plan, guide my path
Momentum showed up; so no turning back...

And the end of the day
Has no value in this place
I will pick up tomorrow
and continue this race
Using my time, and wasting some too
But in waste I then, find out what not to do...
Thus time now becomes my friend
